1. Watch every video from start to finish.

2. Listen carefully and follow each instruction.

3. Practice each exercise in the videos.

4. Replay the videos as many times as you need to practice.

5. After every module there will be assignments that you would have to finish and complete.

6. After taking all the modules you will have to take the online written tests.

7. After passing the written and voice tests, you will receive a certificate on your email.

8. Once you’ve passed the test, you will be voice assessed by one of our screeners.

9. If you did not pass the written test you can revisit the videos and lessons multiple times and book for a retake.
